At our store, we take pride in delivering products tailored specifically to your vision. Because each item is manufactured on an individual basis and customized to your requirements, we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations.

1. Custom-Made & Personalized Goods

Every product we offer is made-to-order. This means that once your order is confirmed and the production process begins, the item is unique to your specifications.

Important Notice: According to consumer protection laws (including the EU Directive on Consumer Rights and similar international regulations), the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or manufactured to the consumer’s unique specifications.

By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The right to cancel or return the order for a refund is waived once production starts.

• The product is being built specifically for you, making it unsuitable for resale to other customers.

2. Pre-Order Verification

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we strongly advise double-checking all dimensions, material choices, and design features before submitting your order. If you have any doubts regarding the technical aspects of your project, please consult with our team prior to payment.

Once the order is in our system, modifications may not be possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While personalized items cannot be returned due to a change of heart, your statutory rights remain fully protected in the event of manufacturing defects or transport damage.

• Inspection: Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

• Reporting: If the product is faulty or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

• Documentation: Please send a description of the issue along with clear photographs to sales@vdom24.pl.

We are committed to resolving such issues through repair, replacement, or professional adjustment in accordance with applicable consumer rights legislation.
